Posting policy

Every job is reviewed before it goes live. We reject or remove listings that break these rules.

Pay and conditions

Pay must meet at least the minimum required by law, including the relevant award. Piece rates must allow workers to earn at least the minimum hourly rate. Help exchange listings must describe hours and what is provided, and must not replace paid roles.

No fees

You can’t charge anyone to apply for or get a job, ask for a bond or deposit, or hold someone’s passport. Any deductions, such as for accommodation, must be lawful and agreed in writing.

88 days claims

Only tag a job as counting toward 88 days if the industry and postcode are eligible specified work under Home Affairs rules, and you will provide payslips.

Accuracy

Listings must be real, current jobs with your business as the employer or an authorised labour hire provider. Labour hire providers must hold any licence required in their state.
